This search engine is updated each night to bring the latest up to date listings available in the entire western Kentucky area. You can select the county, price range, number of bedrooms and baths and it will display all properties matching your needs.

If you are thinking about selling your property you can also go to the Property Search icon and see what is currently on the market and the pricing to see how your property compares.

Perhaps you are new to the area, you may want to go to Local Info. This will give you a brief history of Paducah and links to local information such as arts and entertainment, schools, hospitals etc. 

Another link that will be helpful is the Buyers/Sellers link. This will have many helpful tools for the actual purchase or sale of a property such as loan options, mortgage calculators, property taxes, basic components of a sales contract, even some useful negotiating tactics and frequently asked questions.
